Water and gas pressure calibrator

calWGP pressure calibrator has been designed to check and calibrate pressure transducers, under the following conditions. Fluid: Water or compressed air - Pressure range: 0 to 30 bar - Fluid temperature range: up to 50°C.

Electrical supply installation and requirements

calWGP requires a 230Vac 50Hz electric supply, with a maximum current absorption of 4A. It is supplied with a “CEI 2P+T – 16A” industrial plug.

Measurement accuracy

The accuracy (error in measurement at limit setting including hysteresis and reproducibility) of calWGP is:

Low pressure transducer:

(0.0029*r+0.071)% of measured value, in the range 25-250 mbar
(0.0045*r+0.071)% of measured value, in the range 8.33-25 mbar
(0.005*r+0.05)% of measured value, in the range 2.5-8.33 mbar

High pressure transducer:

(0.0029*r+0.071)% of measured value, in the range 3-30 bar
(0.0045*r+0.071)% of measured value, in the range 1-3 bar
(0.005*r+0.05)% of measured value, in the range 0.3-1 bar

Note: “r” is the ratio between the actual pressure value and the maximum full-scale value of the
transducer.
