Functions overview

There are two main categories of use:

  • automatic execution of tests according to the standards;
  • interactive use for free R&D tests.

Automatic execution mode
In this mode, the tests are pre-defined in the software according to the standards, but some freedom is left to the user, who can set some parameters of the tests according to his preferences.
In order to run a certain test, the operator selects it from a menu: an Editor panel appears on the screen about the selected test. The operator can confirm or adjust a list of parameters in that panel.

R&D interactive use
This feature gives the user a set of powerful tools for free tests. In short, the operator can manage every resource of the bench working with mouse and keyboard on a Synoptic graphic diagram showing the bench circuits. It includes active elements (valves, switches, proportional/modulating valves, etc.) that the operator can control.


Ready for testing hydrogen-supplied boilers.


Software packages

Different software packages can run on the same test bench. The ones listed hereafter are about European and North American standards.

a) tests of gas boilers and gas water heaters according to European ERP regulation - Chinese standard GB25034

b) tests of DHW circuit of gas appliances according to EN13203

c) tests of gas water heaters according to EN26 - GB6932 - CJ/T 395 - AS5263

d) tests of gas water heaters according to e-CFR Title 10, Chapter II, Subchapter D, Part 430, Subpart B, Appendix E: 2018;

e) tests on gas water heaters according to ANSI Z21.10.3 – CSA 4.3; g) tests on gas boilers according to ASHRAE 103 (“AFUE”).
